Tic Toc's "function" was GUARDIAN ROBOT WATCH. He was initially
available as a mail-in offer only with either Cookie Crisp or Nestle Quick. He came in a plastic bag with no packaging. Tic Toc was later available in stores as well as his Renegade Robot Watch counterpart, Gong.
Tic Toc also has a magnet on his back so he can stick to refrigerator and
metallic surfaces. The first mail-away variants of Tic Toc had a design flaw on
the robot's back and the strap itself which made it impossible to mount Tic Toc onto his watch strap (you can sort of tell in the picture how he sits lopsided).
