Blurr came with:
1 black gun
1 blue shield / vehicle nose
It was not exactly clear what Blurr was supposed to turn into. His shield pegs often broke easily, so caution in handling it is recommended. Don't confuse Blurr with the Target Master version, which is subtly different:
