Please keep in mind that when viewing the large tech specs and instructions to allow a reasonable amount of time for your computer to load these very large files. You can right click on the booklet cover and choose "save target as" if you would like to download the instructions.

There are 2 versions of tech specs for G1 Scorponok. The first, from the 1987 release, is very incorrect. The blue line was upside down, and positioned incorrecty. The 1988 release had this some what fixed, with the blue line oriented correctly, but in the wrong place. The semi correct specs came from the International Transformers Tech Spec Archive.

This still dosen't match the spec meter in his chest, but Slim.of Slim's custom Transformer Tech Specs, noticed that the diffrence between the chest meter and the 1988 specs was by the same number, so he moved the blue line up, making fully corrected specs.
