G2 First Aid was unreleased and only produced in extremely limited numbers. There is no known G2 Hot Spot, so even if you had the four smaller Protectobots, you would not be able to form a G2 Defensor. It appears that this prototype came with a black vehicle cannon, a connector, and a pistol.
