Mirage was pictured in his tech specs and box art with the bottom gun but was packaged next to the top gun.

Mirage was released in 2001 with Ironhide, who was switched in the same manner. In 2000, Mirage was released as Counter-Arrow in Japan as part of the Car Robots series.
